Protecting the privacy of our clients, former clients and potential clients is one of our top priorities at Commonwealth Insurance Partners, LLC ("CWIP").

CWIP is a firm engaged in the business of placing insurance risks with insurance carriers, managing general agents, and other insurance-related agencies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "markets"). We have relationships with various standard line markets. In some cases CWIP acts in the capacity of a managing general agency representing insurance companies. In some cases CWIP acts in the capacity of an insurance broker marketing a risk to various insurance companies. In all cases CWIP's direct clients are retail or other wholesale insurance agencies. Our indirect clients are the insurance buying public. CWIP does not deal with the insurance buying public directly.

INFORMATION WE OBTAIN

We have set up methods to protect insured information. We obtain most of our information from the application. We keep track of the types of products and services, premiums, balances and payment history. When we share this information with any of our carriers we ask to perform services for us we ask them to only use that information to provide the services requested.

INFORMATION WE MAY DISCLOSE

We may with our authorization, but only as permitted by law, provide information necessary to properly service your policy, market our products, investigate and handle claims, detect and/or prevent fraud, financial institutions with which we do business, or to comply with lawful requests from regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

We do not give nor sell your nonpublic personal information to third parties for any type of promotional or marketing purposes not related to CWIP. We may share your nonpublic personal information with:

• The markets that assist CWIP in placing insurance risks for benefit of our (indirect) clients as represented by our affiliated insurance agents and brokers.
• Insurance premium finance companies or brokers, that may quote and/or provide financing on insurance policies originated by CWIP.

If your relationship with CWIP should end, your clients' information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
